Unable to complete the latest update to my iPad

I have been unable to complete the latest update to my iPad. I have the automatic update checked and have tried manually to update with no success. It shows I have an internet connection but will not load. Thx

You can try one thing: Open the settings app, go into General and tap iPad Storage then scroll down untill you see the list of all your installed apps. You might find in one column an settings icon and an update version next to it, like iOS 13.3.1 tap on it and delete it it might fix the problem
