I cannot open Password & Security in my Settings - Apple ID page why?

password issues in security and privacy sitting when I enter my username and password to unlock security and privacy preferences it's incorrect. I don't know what is the problem and I'm sure that password is correct

What happens when you try? Error message(s)? More information would help.

Have you checked Settings/Screen Time for any restrictions?
