You Need to Contact Apple:

I.  Login Issues:

Being that you cannot modify this, contact Apple Support. Explain to them what is going on here. No one here can fix this - and with good reason. This is a user-to-user forum - we are not Apple. So, contact Apple Support. If permitted, ask the Apple Rep to assist you with the modification. Once, again contact Apple Support - they will run you through the fix.

Apple Phone Support:

• Contact Us - Choose Locations
• U.S. (800)MY-APPLE
• Proceed from there as Necessary

II.  Screenshare:

Ask the Apple Rep for performing screensharing seasons so they can see this upfront and firsthand from your perspective. This is a great way to work towards proving that it is officially you who is logging in.

III. Why the Wait?:

It may take a while to get through to Apple Support. And that makes sense because many are at home at the moment working out of the house or taking classes at home (due to the Coronavirus Pandemic), thus giving them more time to contact Apple Support. So, just stay on the line, and you will get through :)
