After transferring data etc. from old iphone 6 to new iphone 11 pro (using the phone-to-phone transfer), my cell network is not connecting on the new phone. I cannot call to/from the new phone; only the old phone. My carrier is AT&T. How to resolve this?
Calls are managed by the carrier. You need to start with them.

I haven't been able to contact them yet. The online runaround has so far been a dead-end.
I ended up swapping the SIM card from my old phone to the new one and everything works fine. No real explanation why this is necessary, but it works.
