There is a non-zero probability that such a thing could happen..
That said there are no known viruses in the wild that can affect an iPhone that is not jailbroken.
Yes, spurious popups from dodgy sites trying to scam you.
So whatever pop-ups windows suggesting to install a virus cleaner or alike are non-sense? Yeah?
