Can iPhones get viruses?

Can iPhones get viruses? And if so how would I check to see if my phone has any?

No. Your iPhone will only get spams messages saying you have virus.

Ignore and delete

Note: No virus can run on a non-modified iOS.

Just install the latest iOS version (at the moment it's iOS 15.4) and you'll be fine.
