Eligible for headphones

I bought iPad pro in 17th Sept 2019 but didn’t get beats headphones. I’m a student. Am I still eligible for headphones?

Depends on when the promotion began. Take your dated receipt to your local Apple Store and ask about it. Or you can call them.
