Need help on my disabled account.

When I try to download or update apps , this thing keeps popping up , “Your account has been disabled on the App Store And iTunes”.

Is there a way i can fix this ?

iPhone 8 Plus, iOS 13

Yes


If your account is disabled in iTunes you will need to contact apple to be able to unlock it.
