No sound or notice on new watch when I get a text
No notification or sound on series 3 new watch when o get a text
Make sure you haven't inadvertently muted it, slide up and see if the bell icon is red.

I have the same problem & no its not muted.I have reboot & reset both watch & iphone,still nothing
