iOS 13.3.1 Battery issue is an Apple scam to upgrade phone

No one had this problem before iOS 13, but everyone with issues report it happening after the upgrade. Apple support is in complete denial. Is there a patch being developed or are we hostage to this engineered obsolescence?

Since downloading iOS 16.5 my iPhone 12 battery doesn't seem to last. Since downloading ios 16.5 my iphone 12 battery doesn't seem to last. Had a technician look at it today and it isn't the battery. I am sure this is a software update issue. Does anyone know if apple is preparing a repair for this issue. Never had any issues until now. All notifications, apps not required have been shut off. Battery update 14.4.2 Since my Iphone 12 pro got the update the battery is the worst. It needs to be fixed! Am I the only one with this issue?
