Lack of screen on iphone xr 128gb black

Hello everyone !! I am currently using an iphone xr 128 gb Recently, I found the following problem - at the bottom left of the screen is a black spot that looks more like a black dot that repeats the outline of the black frame of the phone. Please tell me if this can be considered a lack of screen, where to go and the most important thing is repairing the screen or replacing your phone with a new one. Thanks for the reply, all have a good day!!

Hi Alex_Fury_247,

Thanks for reaching out in Apple Support Communities. I see from your screenshots that there is a sort of shadowed spot in the lower left corner of the screen on your iPhone. I can see why you'd reach out about this; I can point you in the right direction. Based on the screenshots you've provided, I'd recommend having your device evaluated at a nearby Apple Store or Apple Authorized Service Provider: Find Locations

After you make an appointment, I'd also suggest using this resource to prepare your device in case service is needed: Get your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch ready for service

You can also use this resource to review warranty information and potential service pricing: iPhone Repair and Service

Best Regards.
