Unable to use touch id

I am using iphone 6, it is upadted to iOS 12.4.5. Suddenly I am facing issue of touch id and passcode. It is displaying message that "touch id is unable on this iphone". Please let me know what can I do further ?

Take a look at this support guide, following al the steps provided:-> If Touch ID isn't working on your iPhone or iPad – Apple Support

If the issue still persists, have your device inspected at an Apple Store or AASP:-> Apple – Location Selector
