Hi,

Your MacBook Pro can't find macOS on the SSD/HDD.

If a flashing question mark appears when you start your Mac.

Resetting NVRAM could solve the issue, though if it can't help, you need to reinstall macOS on SSD/HDD with Recovery mode booting.
