What do these system & other mean? Is there anything wrong?

System is exactly that, the operating system and related items, Other, is exactly that, files that are not part of the other items listed in your storage. If it becomes too large you can try a forced restart and then a Restore from backup, then Restore as new. If it becomes bloated it is often due to corrupted files.
