My wife’s Airbook has a pop up message that reads: Warning ZEUS VIRUS DETECTED !!!
Seems fishy. Gives a phone number: 1 888 888 8888
Then another pop up window claiming to be from Apple Support gives this number: 1 833 740 0348
Is this a real Apple Support number?
Such messages are scams. Close the offending page, and avoid sites that are involved in such bogus advertising tactics. Do not call the number presented, or interact with the message.
