Other iCloud User Blocking Mac App Store Downloads

I have 10.13.6. My iCloud email is ****@ levinriegner.com. When I try to download a Keynote update, I'm presented with a previous iCloud user and the email is un-editable. In the App store menu I'm signed in as ****@ levinriegner.com. I'm also signed into iCloud via System Preferences as ryan@levinriegner.com. From what I've explored, I see no reference to this past iCloud user to remove.

That's good to know. It was purchased new, a previous employee of mine had used the computer and created their own account and logged into the App Store with their email. I now use the computer personally and have my own admin account, and have since deleted the previous employee's account. When I log in with my admin account I still see their email captured within the App Store.
