Exercise tracking

Does anyone out there do Jazzercise and if so, what is the best way to track it on the watch? Thanks!

In the Workout app on the watch, scroll all the way down to Add Workout, then scroll down for a complete list. I think Dance, Step Training, Barre, Mixed Cardio, or even Pilates could work for you. To know that it’s bodyweight, rhythmic, cardio intensive, and doesn’t use a machine (like a bicycle or wheelchair or rower) are the main things the watch would be interested to know I assume.
