files app
My files app on my iPhone pro will not send anything via email when I try to share something. It just stays in the outbox. Period. Is there some setting I'm missing?
Thanks
iPhone 11 Pro, iOS 13

Thats what I am wondering now. I have multiple email accounts and providers including, Gmail, employer outlook and of course iCloud. I don't know where to look to see how it is configured to see which email provider to choose even. I thought it would default to iCloud and send it.

Does your mail provider allow sending files of that kind? Is the file within the max size limits? Does the recipient's mail provider allow reception of such attachments?
I ask that based on experiences. For instance, corporate MS Office365 accounts have .xml files disallowed by default as deemed potentially harmful; had to reconfigure our tenant to permit their transmission.
