How to stop Notes and maybe every other Apple App from autolinking anything forever

URLs, Dates, Phone Numbers, Email Address, Street Addresses, whatever

I'm done with autolinking. You can remove the links with command K but if you press the Return key with the curser anywhere near the text, the link comes back. If you do this enough times more and more text becomes infected with the link around that area. Must kill Autolink. I make notes about my clients' webpages and all of the pages like google and Facebook that have to do with their business. I'm going insane from the autolinking. Can I find whatever process does the autolinking and break it? I would rather have a constantly erroring process running than autolinks.

I'd suggest using another app that doesn't do autolinking. There are hundreds (thousands?) of note taking apps in the App Store.
