iPhone 11 front camera flash

Hello, I have had the new IPhone 11 for just over one week now and have looked after this very carefully. It seems to crash or freeze quite a lot when taking a picture. Also, the front flash on my camera often doesn’t work at all, even on apps such as Snapchat and instagram and it says ‘error can’t take photo’ or will just be a black screen. However the torch on my phone always works but it just seems to be the front camera flash when trying to take photos. Since it has only been 9 days I have had this would I be able to receive a replacement iPhone 11 do you know? Thanks
