Sharing Violation in Microsoft Excel since Update

Hi, I've been receiving a sharing violation notification in Microsoft Excel since upgrading to the latest OS and the latest version of Microsoft Excel. This issue only occurs in Microsoft Excel files containing a VBA macro which are saved into my Google Drive File Stream. Eight out of ten times my files will operate fine since the update to the latest OS, but on the two times which it doesn't, I receive these sharing violation notifications and cannot save my work.

How can I fix this? Why is this happening?

I would post this in the relevant Microsoft Excel Answers community. This is between you, Microsoft, and Google.
