App Store and iTunes

For months any time I have tried to download an app (free or not) I get a pop up saying “your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes” and it doesn’t give me any information on how to fix it or anything. I got a new debit card and changed it in my phone and that didn’t fix it. Not sure what to do

If your account is disabled in iTunes you will need to contact apple to be able to unlock it.
