Charged twice

I recently set up my bank debit card in my wallet so that i could send a Starbucks gift card to someone via text. I sent ONE $10 gift card and my transaction history shows that I sent TWO. My bank account was also debited two $10. Do I need to dispute this with my bank or is there someone at Apple that can help correct this error. I reviewed my text history and Only One card went through for $10. I also confirmed with the person I sent it to that they only received 1 $10 card.

If you see a transaction you do not recognize or have an issue with a transaction open Wallet>tap on the card used>tap on the transaction (photo 1)>tap on the amount (photo 2)>look for a report an issue link. (photo 3)
