My iCloud and storage

I recently upgraded to a new phone and since I upgraded I try to back up and restore my iCloud but for some reason it does not let me it says to log into my other devices to authorize my login but I no longer have those old devices because I have an upgrade so it doesn’t let me restore my iCloud or any of my information what can I do?.. before my upgrade I also bought more storage for my back up and when I login through a laptop it says that I have almost 5 gb of storage but only 100 and something pictures pop up when I believe I have over 1000 something pictures on there so I need help because I am not able to see all my pictures

Hi Rosiereyes,

Thanks for coming to Apple Support Communities today. It sounds like you are unable to restore an iCloud backup on your new iPhone. You may also be having an issue with two-factor verification and some photos my be missing.

See this article on restoring your iCloud backup: If you can't back up to iCloud or restore from iCloud backup failed. Scroll to the section "Get help restoring from an iCloud backup". Be sure your new iPhone is fully updated to iOS 13.3.1.

If you have the same trusted phone number, you may be able to get your two-factor authentication code that way: Get a verification code and sign in with two-factor authentication.

Did you check iCloud.com from a computer's browser for your missing photos? Also see: Get help with missing photos.
