They have diagnostic tools and can tell you what options you have.

Apple only replaces phones which within warranty are defective. Your phone is not exhibiting any defect, so Apple won't replace it. If it drops to 80% or less within the first 12 months, Apple will then replace it.

Not satisfied is not a reason to get a replacement.
