Are Pro Apps accessible by family members in Family Sharing?

Do the pro apps (Final Cut Pro X is what I am really curious about) follow the same family sharing rules as other apps on the app store?

For instance, if I purchase Final Cut Pro X, would family member 2 be able to also download it to their Mac and use it at the same time that I am?

As a secondary question, if I got a new computer a couple years down the road, would I be able to install Final Cut Pro X on that computer as well?

Thanks!

If it says Family Sharing in the FCP page in the App Store then it’s available. Yes, you can load it on a new machine. Yes, it can run on multiple machines simultaneously on the same network. The application has no serial number to identify it.
