No App Store in Morocco!!!

While we are in 2020, Apple still does not support its App Store in Morocco. Although the iPhone and many Apple devices are officially sold in Morocco, by the network operators themselves, the Moroccan user is stranded and cannot fully exploit his iPhone (or any other Apple device) without a Moroccan billing address and a payment method. It seems to me that Apple does not want to make its App store available in Morocco, which is fine. But why would they sell their products here with a lack of services? This is scammy at best and mistreats the Moroccan user.
