account disabled

i had to change my card information and now my wife and daughter cant get onto apple music, i cant verify my card. i keep getting the notification that my account was disabled. not sure why

Why can’t I make purchases with my Apple ID First it said my account was disabled. Now it tells me to go to www.Apple.com/support/iTunes/ww/. The link, of course, doesn’t work. I added a new card to my payment method and now I can’t make any purchases at all.
