Why can’t I make purchases with my Apple ID

First it said my account was disabled. Now it tells me to go to www.Apple.com/support/iTunes/ww/. The link, of course, doesn’t work. I added a new card to my payment method and now I can’t make any purchases at all.

how do i reset my payment for Itunes if my account has been disabled My Itunes account has been disabled due to a new credit card that wasn't edited how do I get into my account to edit the information
