You would have to delete those apps and purchase then again with your current AppleID. All purchases are permanently tied to the AppleID that was used to make the purchase. So you need to delete those apps, and download or buy them again with your AppleID to get them associated with your AppleID.

Check your purchases history to see if the apps show there.
