After deleting email accounts I also lost all contacts - SOS

Hi!

I was constantly getting pop ups whenever I opened my phone to make a call. The pop ups had something to do with my previous email accounts that I had added to my "Mail" app.

I finally hit "Settings" rather than cancel and really don't remember what my phone was prompting me to do but I saw the option to delete my old work email accounts from my phone. Once I deleted them I noticed all my contacts were deleted as well (crying emoji) but the phone numbers/text conversations still remained. My phone has been backed up so I'm wondering if there's a works around to get my contacts back?!
