Today I bought an Second iPad. This time a model a1475. Now when I connect to the Appstore I can search but I can’t download any app. I need only one app to download and install; I.e. Ultimate Guitar.
Any suggestions as to what to do/try next?

Try force restarting the iPad. Restart iPad - Apple Support
And why can you not download an app? What happens when you try? Are you logged into the App Store with your Apple ID? Do you have a current, valid payment method registered with your Apple ID? If you see an error when you attempt to download an app, what is the exact text of that error?
What happens is that after pressing download, a grey circle starts turning. On my iPad mini3 almost instantly in a blue circle showing the download progress as it happens also on my iPhone SE. On this iPad the circle stays grey.
I’m logged in when I tried and have both PayPal and creditcard registered to my account. I don’t see any text. Wish I did see Some text, could be helpful in finding the solution.
Don’t know why there was a hickup. Meanwhile the app is downloadading.
