It is not generally advised that you use any kind of liquid cleaner on your iPad screen - as it can not only leak into the device causing damage, but can also damage the hydrophobic/anti-reflective coating that is integral to the surface of the screen.

To more easily get my fingerprints and finger oils off of my iPads screen I use a microfibre cloth rinsed in very warm/hot water and I wring it out until it is very damp dry and warm and wipe my screen down.

This cuts the finger oils of the screen very quickly and easily.

To keep the microfibre cloth always warm enough, I have to repeat this procedure one or two more times to get the screen really clean.
