can’t download anything
i went to go download snapchat because i got a new phone & it said “ your account has been disabled in app store & in itunes “ how do i fix that..?

I believe that when you were presented with that message on your iPhone then it also stated to contact Apple Support. You will need to do just that and you can do that by clicking HERE (Apple Support).
