MMS messages in Poland in Plus doesn’t work on iPhone 11

Hi I have iPhone 11pro max I live in Poland and I tried to send mms message but it doesn’t work try to manually set it but it doesn’t work so I called my carrier and they told me that this is a problem from iPhone side not the carrier ???? Please tell me what’s the problem ? My carrier is Plus in Poland thank you waiting for some solutions

How do I get SMS/MMS working again after 10 months of usage All of a sudden I'm not getting SMS/MMS messages from businesses and android phone users. My research/apple tech support person says this is a Verizon (my carrier) issue. What is the most successful way to regain this service. I have an iPhone 13 mini and am up to date on updates to the O/S 15.6.1 Thanks in advance.
