There is no annual payment option. What you could do is to purchase iTunes Store (not Apple Store) gift cards sufficient to cover the cost of a year's subscription and redeem them in iTunes. This credit is drawn on before your credit card. However any music or movie purchases will also be drawn from that, so you would have to take that into account.
