Updating my browser

How do you update your browser if there are no updates available?

You don’t. iOS Safari is updated with iOS itself and is not available independently from the App Store. Other browsers like Chrome or FireFox will make their updates available throught the App Store. If there is not an update available for them in the App Store for your release of iOS, then you cannot update them as they are up to date.
