App

So i deleted the instagram app on my iPhone 7 plus. I went to redownload it and in the app store it said “open” instead of redownload, i click open and nothing happens, i restart my phone and the app is on my phone but the icon is white with lines through it instead of the instagram icon, and nothing loads, when i go to delete it, it says “it will delete app and data, but and documents or data in icloud will be saved, any idea of what i can do to redownload and use instagram?
