I deleted my old emails and then discovered that a lot of my adressbook is now gone. Since it is an old email I cannot get it back. I have also no connection with the computer.
Is there any chance that I can regret my delete and get my addresses back?

You would have to add the account back to your device.
If you no longer have access to that account, and the email provider can't or won't reset your password or otherwise grant you access to the account (as in the case of a corporate email account for a job you no longer have), then there is no way to recover that information.

You perfectly understood my question. It is an old old corporate email, so then I realize I just loss all the information. I hope it still was in my phone somewhere. The email I don’t care about, I just didn’t realize the connection with my adressbook.

This is one good reason never to store any personal information on corporate servers.
Anything on the company servers belongs to the company, not you.
