Accidentally deleted an email account from Apple Mail

I accidentally deleted an entire email account! I didn't receive any warning before I chose to delete it.

Is there some way to recover the account with all the emails that were stored locally on my hard drive?

I do have time machine but I haven't backed it up for a month or so.

My OS is 10.14.6
