Back up iCloud full .
Why ? I have a iPhone i purchased it less then a year ago and it says my backup is full ?? I have 128G and I upped it when I bought it to make sure it never gets my iCloud full ?????

It is referring to your iCloud storage where your backup is stored, not your phone’s storage. Go to Settings/{your name}/iCloud - Manage Storage. You get 5 GB free; you can up it to 50 GB for 99¢ a month.
