Why did payment fail

How come my payment is failing? I have linked my card to it and its not allowing it to go thru.

Payment method I have been tryin to get my card to go onto my account payment methods but it’s saying it’s failed. I have contacted my card company and they say there is no issue with my card so I do not understand why it will not work. It was on my account before and now it’s saying it’s failed I don’t get it.

Go here - If your payment method is declined in the App Store or iTunes Store - Apple Support
