In apple, there is a character (I can't show it, but clicking on here will guide you there) when tried to render in apple apps, like iMessage, Notes, and more, will crash the app. Is there any way to stop it?!

Clicking on where? What type of character? Is it available in the Character viewer?
As a test boot into Safe Mode (Use Safe Mode to isoloate issues with your Mac and Playing Safe: what does Safe Mode do?)
NOTE: Safe Mode boot can take up to 10 minutes as it's doing some system cache cleaning, volume verifying and directory repairing.

They had one like that a couple years ago, the "Telugu" bug. And another one before which I think was Arabic. Have you found a new one? If so, provide a picture or other info.
