Frozen text alert bubble
The red bubble on my text messages app is frozen at a certain number. I have already viewed the texts repeatedly. To try and fix this, I tried rebooting and shutting down with no luck. How do I fix this?

I understand you are seeing notifications for the Messages app that are not going away after you have read them. I would suggest quitting Messages and turning off all notifications on your device. Then restart your iPhone to refresh it and reestablish a connection to the internet.

Then, enable notifications again for Messages and test.
