MacBook Pro 13 inch with Touch Bar - Battery issues

Hey. I'm just wondering if anyone can help me or point me in the direction to go in - I've had my 2016 edition MacBook Pro 13inch with Touchbar for three years and I have been noticing for a while now that the battery isn't lasting anywhere near as long as it used to. The Full Charge Capacity is (mAh): 3818 and it used to be closer to around 7000 when it was bought new. The Cycle Count is at 322 and condition is Normal. Has anyone else had similar issues or is there anything I can do to try and get the battery health back up or would it be best to get the battery replaced? Thanks
