moving favorite places from Google map to Apple Map

I know one can export the Google maps data. Can it be imported to Apple Maps? In other words, I have a lot of favorite, starred places on google map but I want to transfer them onto my Apple map so that I don't use Google Maps anymore. Suggestions? (other than doing it one at a time manually!)

Remove labeled favorite from maps How do I remove the “Work” “Home” or “school” options on Apple Maps? It Doesn’t allow me to do it as easily as the other favorites that don’t have a label. (I’m trying to answer my own question bc I saw an archived post of this question that was answered and the solution wasn’t as bullet proof as this)
