Disney Plus’s automatically cancelling subscription

I seem to be having a problem with my Disney+ account. This is the second time this has happened. The first time I resolved the issue by contacting Disney+, and they told me to talk to Apple about it, since I ordered my one year subscription through their little subscription thing whatever you call it. They seemed to have fixed the issue, but alas it seems they have not. Apple doesn’t seem capable in fixing my problem so I hope I can get some help here. When I open the app, a message comes up, saying “Welcome back, seems like you’re not subscribed.” I don’t know why this is happening, I never cancelled nor wanted to cancel my subscription. I went on Apples little subscription page where it shows all the stuff you’re subscribed too, and it says I cancelled my subscription on February 5. If anybody knows what is going on and how I can resolve this issue that would be great, thanks.
