Can't play Explicit content. Halp...

So, i purchased Apple Music recently, and i can't play any Explicit content at all. Already turend off all Restrictions in setting, but app still says "This item cant be played due to it's raitng". Tried the thing with iTunes Store that everyone suggest, and it still asks to change Content Restrictions, but i already HAVE ALL EXPLICIT CONTENT ALLOWED. And so, i simply cant play anything Explicit even though have it allowed. What should i do?

P.S. Have iPhone XS, iOS 13.3.1, don't have any kids so never did any Family thing or Restrictions.

Though Apple does have a list of regions and countries and with the services available (Availability of Apple Media Services - Apple Support), I don’t know of a list of content restrictions, and I’d expect different countries and regions might well have diverging requirements on what can be offered for sale. Some countries won’t allow certain flags to be displayed, for instance.

Again, ring up iTunes support, and ask.
