Can’t sign out App Store and Itunes
iPhone 6 Plus
I am unable to sign out. Two Apple techs were unable to do it. I believe I changed my password while they were open so it won’t allow me to close them out. When I hit the sign out button sometimes the screen flickers and will go white for a second before returning to the close out screen.
Why can't you, what happens ?
