I know that iphone depends on a regions for example the dubai version AE/A doesn’t have face time, in korean iphone even if you put to the silent mode there will be sound when you take a photo !
I know that american iphone LL/A is pretty good to use it okay and I’m using that. What I’m asking is which region iphone is the best one to use which does not have any issue ? please reply me as soon as possible

You should buy iPhone that is available in your region.
While it's true in certain regions some feature have hardware limitations, many iOS features depend on in what region is the device used in and what is the region your Apple ID is set too.
